Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at White Lodging. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, supervising front desk staff, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all hotel guests.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling guest complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest folios and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
