Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth and team development at JobXSite, Inc.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster growth across multiple teams, including inside sales and estimating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inside Sales Management: Oversee inside sales operations, including managing the sales funnel, supporting the team in meeting their sales goals, and ensuring consistent marketing efforts.
  • Component Estimating Management: Supervise the estimating team, providing support to ensure accurate and timely quotes, as well as optimizing the scheduling process.
  • Service-Oriented Leadership: Foster a team culture that is focused on service, both in terms of internal collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Accountability for Sales & Profit: Take ownership of the team's performance metrics, including meeting sales targets, driving profitability, and developing team capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • PEMB & Components Industry Experience: Strong background in the metal building components industry, including knowledge of products such as metal roofing, siding, panel trim, structural components, insulation, skylights, and more.
  • Sales & Leadership Experience: Proven track record in sales growth and leadership, with a focus on developing high-performing teams and achieving aggressive targets.
  • Servant Leadership: A collaborative, service-minded leader who can teach, train, and grow the team while holding them accountable to defined performance metrics.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage the inside sales and estimating teams to ensure performance targets are being met.
  • Serve as a problem solver and advisor for the sales and estimating teams.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities to close deals and meet their sales goals.
  • Support marketing efforts by evaluating touchpoints and improving outreach strategies.
  • Oversee the scheduling of estimating work and ensure timely delivery of accurate quotes.
