Your primary responsibility will be to prepare exceptional meals that align with the chef's standards and presentation criteria.   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas and equipment.
  • Monitor cooking temperatures to ensure food safety.
  • Ensure the freshness of ingredients through proper stock rotation.
  • Adhere to standard portion sizes and cooking methods.
  • Prepare and serve food in accordance with quality standards.
  • Assist in food preparation during slower periods.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs and enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a culinary role, such as Line Cook or Prep Cook.
  • Valid Food Handler's Card.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
