Role Overview

The organization is in search of a Regional Development Manager to spearhead fundraising efforts in the Eastern Region. This role involves collaborating with volunteers, board members, and the internal team to secure essential financial resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with donors
  • Formulate and implement fundraising strategies
  • Oversee chapter boards
  • Coordinate fundraising events
  • Develop donor-focused communications
  • Act as a representative at local engagements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-profit fundraising
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Strong passion for education and international development
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
