- Funding and Partnerships: Manage partnerships with funders, in collaboration with the senior director for institutional advancement, to build strong, trusting, and substantive long-term relationships.
- Communications: Work with the communications director to increase the profile and reach of the organization and its research, including through events, press, and social media.
- Education and Experience: A strong record of research and publication, with a Ph.D. or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing and executing strategic plans.
- Research and Analysis: Excellent research and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and deliver high-impact research products.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $275,000 - $300,000, commensurate with education, skillset, and experience.
- Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: A hybrid work arrangement, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
