Job Overview

Position: Intellectual Property Paralegal

Salary: $80,000

As an Intellectual Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the submission of patent applications both domestically and internationally. You will collaborate closely with patent attorneys and inventors to ensure that all required documentation and paperwork are accurately prepared and submitted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough research on patent legislation and regulations across different jurisdictions
  • Drafting and submitting patent applications to international patent offices
  • Coordinating the entire process of securing international patents
  • Communicating with foreign patent offices and agents
  • Tracking and managing deadlines for filing requirements
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to patent attorneys and inventors
  • Maintaining precise and current records related to patent applications
