About the Role

This position is essential for ensuring the timely execution of various on-site tasks, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving client satisfaction.

Your Contributions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quickly notifies the supervisor of any potential issues or client concerns.
  • Efficiently reviews and addresses requests from management and clients through various communication channels.
  • Maintains a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Assists in developing the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all account processes.
  • Tasks may encompass Copy/Print Production/Copy Center duties, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, and File Room/Records Management, depending on the assigned location.
  • Participates in cross-functional training to ensure coverage during staffing shortages.
  • Site responsibilities and coverage locations may vary based on client and division requirements.

Copy/Print Production/Copy Center:

  • Accountable for the prompt and precise reproduction of all print requests.
  • Reviews electronic files for print readiness, executes printing, binding, assembling, sorting, laminating, and conducts pre-delivery quality control checks.
  • Logs, delivers, and tracks all activities for reporting purposes.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Performs routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer inquiries and the fulfillment of requests.
  • Conducts daily convenience care functions as necessary.
About You: Skills & Expertise

This role is customer-facing and requires adherence to client policies and protocols, which may include health-related measures.

Required qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Must obtain any required security clearances to access client premises.
  • May involve travel between multiple client locations; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods.
