Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Welcome Center Representative to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Boston. As a key member of our Membership Sales & Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, managing member check-in, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Member Service: Provide excellent member service by exceeding member expectations, including being a good listener, caring about members' well-being, and checking-in on their progress.
  2. Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Relationship Building: Use Listen First skills to build relationships with members, program participants, and prospects.
  4. Communication: Make eye contact with members as much as possible when talking to them, ask members how they are doing or if they are having a good day, and make members feel welcome by being pleasant and cheerful.
