Director of Revenue Planning

Curaleaf is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director of Revenue Planning to oversee our retail operations and drive growth. This role requires a strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative retail strategies to drive revenue and margin growth
- Manage budgets at both the dispensary and state levels, ensuring optimal cost and product mix
- Lead and develop a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers, delivering reporting and analysis to support cross-functional retail business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, compliance, operations, and third-party MSO teams to ensure success in new store and new market launches
- Play an instrumental role in project implementation for ERP systems and other integrations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in retail planning, including inventory management, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong expertise in Excel and Tableau, with a solid understanding of retail industry trends and best practices
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative retail strategies, driving revenue, margin, and customer engagement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
