Regional Sales Director

SmartRent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to drive revenue growth of enterprise-level accounts within the USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with buying committees, identifying pain points, and presenting solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise-level accounts in assigned territories
- Lead in-depth discovery discussions to understand clients' business operations and identify opportunities for SmartRent solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strategic business plans and execute deals
- Partner with Solutions Architects to integrate SmartRent solutions with clients' workflows
- Develop expertise in smart home and property management technology to take a consultative selling approach
- Attend industry events and conferences to drive engagement and awareness of new products and features
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing complex SaaS or hardware contracts
- Ability to develop C-Suite level relationships and present to executive teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
- Organized and process-oriented with a focus on documentation
- Ability to travel out of state for industry events and client meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in or selling to the multifamily residential industry
- Hardware sales experience in addition to SaaS sales
