Job Title: National Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales operations and strategies in the California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding sales teams.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business objectives in the California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and payer groups.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical services, pharmacy operations, and marketing, to align sales strategies with company goals.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and professional associations to enhance brand visibility and business development efforts.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of Specialty Pharmacy Sales experience in the California market.
* Minimum of 5 years in a field-based, specialty pharmacy sales position, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of the specialty/infusion pharmacy market, including payer dynamics, community health networks, and pharmaceutical distribution channels.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
