Job Summary

The National Sales Director will be responsible for executing the sales operations and strategies for the company in the California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas markets. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the specialty pharmacy industry, as well as the ability to lead and expand an established sales team on a national level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business objectives in the California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and payer groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical services, pharmacy operations, and marketing, to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and professional associations to enhance brand visibility and business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Specialty Pharmacy Sales experience in the California market.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a field-based, specialty pharmacy sales position, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the specialty/infusion pharmacy market, including payer dynamics, community health networks, and pharmaceutical distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
