**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Director of Sustainability to join our team at Newconcord Oh. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with our organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into our operations and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop recommendations for reducing our carbon footprint.
  • Develop and manage budgets for sustainability initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners, to promote sustainability awareness and engagement.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
