Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Management:
- Design and implement solar energy programs to meet business objectives.

- Sales and Business Development:

- Battery Energy Storage (BES) Integration:
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate BES solutions to enhance solar energy systems.

- Ensure seamless integration of BES systems with solar installations.
- Stay updated on the latest BES technologies and industry trends.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Define project requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure clear communication.
- Ensure clear understanding of expectations and project timelines.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for solar and BES installations.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in solar energy project management and sales.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Experience with Battery Energy Storage (BES) systems.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with solar and BES design and analysis software (e.g., Helioscope).
- Knowledge of financial incentives and regulatory requirements for solar and BES.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
