Sales and Service Manager for Concessions

The Sales and Service Manager for Concessions is responsible for managing the operations of multiple concession stands, ensuring a positive guest experience while maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of concessions, including team member supervision and management of inventory, equipment, and cash handling policies.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet, direct, and respond to guests' questions and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing to effectively communicate with guests and make informed decisions.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Cash Handling and Safety: Follow cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines to prevent losses and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year leadership experience in a customer-facing role.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, depending on location and experience.
