Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Metropolitan Health Group, a leading outpatient clinic, is seeking a qualified and dedicated X-Ray Technician to provide exceptional medical services to injured clients in the medical legal industry.
Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for x-ray procedures and ensure accurate patient identification.
- Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain the best view of specific body areas as requested by physicians.
- Implement protocols for patient safety and minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
- Operate and maintain x-ray equipment to produce clear and precise diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Follow HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and maintain patient records.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly.
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- State licensure as an X-Ray Technician, where applicable.
- Excellent patient service skills and the ability to explain complex procedures to patients.
- Strong knowledge of safety and infection control procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills, including the use of electronic health record systems.
