Job Overview
As a pivotal member of our team, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the organization, addressing all inquiries related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the representative for both the company and its clients, responding to product inquiries, tracking shipments, and clarifying customer orders for the logistics team.
- Collaborate with management on matters concerning customer service credits, returns, and quality assurance issues.
- Approve stock allocations in limited supply and manage pricing quotations and adjustments.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively addressing concerns in line with company standards.
- Conduct cost analyses to enhance profitability while adhering to contractual obligations.
- Review and initiate repair processes for customer orders, ensuring any changes in requirements are communicated effectively.
- Keep company personnel informed about incoming customer orders and maintain updated customer profiles across departments.
- Oversee the processing of customer requests and orders to ensure compliance with expectations.
- Coordinate the resolution of customer issues related to pricing, scheduling, quality, and technical matters.
- Acknowledge receipt of customer requests and provide regular status updates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all communications with assigned clients.
- Exercise discretion in pricing jobs according to market conditions.
- Provide established pricing and quotations as needed.
- Participate in customer visits alongside Sales & Marketing teams as required.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service within a manufacturing or aerospace context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Competence in handling urgent situations.
- Willingness to learn industry-specific software and product offerings.
