Job Summary

The State of Kansas is seeking a highly skilled Licensing Analyst to join our team in the Licensing area. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support in the processing of licensure applications and renewals during renewal cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and interpret multiple and diverse regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support in the processing of licensure applications and renewals
  • Assist with the coordination of licensure-related activities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Communicate effectively with licensees, applicants, attorneys, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years of general office experience

Working Environment

This position is the first point of contact for many individuals within the State of Kansas. Customer service is a priority, as the contacts are varied and diverse, and information can be extremely sensitive.
