Position Overview

HFI-Assure Fertility Partners of Houston is a prominent infertility clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care in women's health. We are currently seeking a CMA, LVN or RN who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting patients through their fertility journeys.

Work Schedule: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. No weekend shifts required, with one holiday shift per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the coordination of infertility diagnostic tests and treatment strategies between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct routine examinations, perform procedures, phlebotomy, and administer medications as necessary.
  • Engage in clinical functions that enhance patient care, streamline patient flow, and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Manage telephone triage for patient inquiries regarding medications, treatment plans, and test outcomes.
  • Provide care for patients undergoing ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and oocyte donation.
  • Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, and infertility procedures.
  • Ensure ongoing communication between the physician and the patient throughout the treatment process.
  • Offer counseling to patients regarding infertility treatment options.
  • Effectively communicate physician orders and instructions to patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of lab results to patients.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient charting, testing, and flow sheets.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures related to fertility.
  • Exhibit the ability to remain composed and respond appropriately in stressful situations.
  • Document nursing actions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Consistently embody the organization's commitment to outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
  • CMA certification, LVN or RN license required from an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in fertility care is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
