Position Overview

HFI-Assure Fertility Partners of Houston is a prominent infertility clinic seeking a dedicated and empathetic CMA, LVN or RN who possesses a keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to women's health. We value professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Work Schedule: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. No weekend shifts, with one holiday worked per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the coordination of infertility diagnostic assessments and treatment strategies between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct routine medical examinations, perform procedures, manage phlebotomy, and administer prescribed medications.
  • Execute clinical tasks that enhance patient care, streamline patient flow, and improve overall patient satisfaction.
  • Engage in telephone triage to address patient inquiries regarding medications, treatment plans, and test outcomes.
  • Support patients throughout their journey, including ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and oocyte donation.
  • Provide comprehensive patient education on treatment protocols, medications, and infertility procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication between the physician and the patient throughout the treatment process.
  • Advise patients on infertility treatment options and protocols.
  • Relay physician orders and instructions accurately.
  • Guarantee timely and precise communication of laboratory results to patients.
  • Maintain thorough patient documentation, including charting, testing, and flow sheets.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures related to fertility.
  • Exhibit the ability to remain composed and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Document nursing actions with precision and clarity.
  • Understand and adhere to OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Consistently embody the organization's commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • CMA certification, LVN or RN license required from an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in fertility care is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
