POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facility Maintenance Attendant plays a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and organization of various facilities, ensuring that all areas reflect a consistent standard of hygiene and orderliness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness across all facilities utilized by guests.
- Prepare and clean all designated areas for use by incoming groups.
- Collect, wash, dry, and neatly fold linens, sleeping bags, and other items used by guests.
- Keep laundry facilities organized and clean.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
- Conduct checks on lights, smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, and fire safety equipment.
- Prepare accommodations and restrooms for new guests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of indoor meeting areas.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:

Utilization of modern office equipment and relevant software, along with janitorial and maintenance tools.
