Role Summary
The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the functionality of utilities and operational equipment in accordance with established protocols, standards, and safety regulations. This role involves executing detailed instructions to maintain, diagnose, and repair utilities and operational equipment, while enhancing the efficiency of NR Consulting facilities.

Key Responsibilities Organizes and prioritizes tasks to ensure effective facility maintenance Inspects, repairs, and maintains existing electromechanical systems Executes electrical systems installations, including conduit runs, lighting and power circuits, motors, control devices, and panels Adheres to safety protocols, maintenance guidelines, manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and assembly diagrams Ensures safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Maintains accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities Complies with all safety policies and procedures Performs additional responsibilities as assigned Regular attendance is mandatory; may require evening and weekend work, as well as flexibility in scheduling Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience that enables successful job performance.
Certifications: Completion of vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience: Minimum of years of relevant experience required.
