Sales and Marketing Director

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead all sales and marketing activities for our senior living communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive occupancy success and meet sales targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and senior living organizations
- Collaborate with the executive team to determine marketing and advertising needs and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor and maintain budget for sales and marketing activities
- Host and attend community events to build relationships with potential residents and their families
- Research and maintain information on local competition, including rates, services, and promotions
- Implement and monitor a move-in system to ensure all resident records are complete prior to admission
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from inquiry to close
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
