Job Title: Sales Consultant for Steel River
Overview: As a sales consultant at Steel River, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Position: We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for our products and services, including but not limited to repairs, retrofits, hoists, spare parts, general overhauls, and consulting services.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell retrofits, components, modernization, and new equipment to existing customers, while also developing new accounts to meet or exceed established sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
