Key Responsibilities- Answering and Directing Calls: Answer ADMA's main multi-phone line system during assigned shifts, providing a high level of customer service and positive demeanor.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide support to the overall site, including scheduling, organizing activities, and managing confidential information.
- Mail and Correspondence: Sort, review, and manage mail appropriately, typing and designing general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Filing and Organization: Maintain an orderly, logical paper and digital filing system to facilitate immediate retrieval of documents.
- Support to HR Department: Assist with New Hire Orientation, including creation of business cards, catering service, and name plates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Two or more years of successful administrative experience, with professional experience in working with senior-level executives, customers, vendors, visitors, and others.
