Role Overview

Our client, a prominent international organization, is in the process of enhancing their data and technology capabilities to support core business growth and improve internal efficiency.

This well-established enterprise has significantly expanded into new markets in recent years, placing technology and innovation at the forefront of its operations.

As part of this initiative, they are making substantial investments in RPA and Automation technologies to optimize and automate numerous processes, aiming for enhanced efficiency and productivity across all departments.

This is a full-time, permanent role where an individual with a robust technical background can advance their functional and business-facing experience alongside the broader automation project team.

The project is currently in its early stages, making this position vital for shaping the future roadmap of the Automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing RPA and Automation solutions with a focus on scalability and user-friendliness.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, Group Process Owners, and Business Analysts to create and implement project plans for deployment.
  • Working closely with the Automation Team Lead and Transformation team to execute deployment strategies.
  • Gaining insights into various technology challenges and solutions, driving the adoption of best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance within the team.
  • Identifying potential automation candidates and evaluating their feasibility.
  • Facilitating training on best practices in RPA and Automation tools.
Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using leading RPA platforms, preferably Blue Prism or Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, Access, .NET, Java, SQL, with a specific emphasis on Bot development.
  • Familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies within the Automation sector.
  • Comprehensive experience in software design/development and database architecture.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers and partners across various disciplines.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
