Job Title: Drinking Water Discipline Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drinking Water Discipline Leader to join our team at CDM Smith. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing drinking water projects, providing technical guidance and support to our team, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage drinking water projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to our team, including design, engineering, and construction services.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in drinking water project management, technical leadership, and client-facing roles.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of drinking water treatment processes, project management, and team leadership.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
