Technical Support Professional

Corghi USA, the US subsidiary of Corghi SPA, is seeking a Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to field technicians and end users, troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to complex problems.
You will be responsible for identifying part numbers, operating, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, and experience in the automotive or tire industry. Knowledge of electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computer systems is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on knowledge and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive training, PTO, and 100% company-paid medical benefits.
Requirements:

- Experience in the automotive or tire industry (plus)
