We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Hodges Management. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and specifications
  • Set up and maintain equipment, including cooking utensils and cleaning supplies
  • Verify stock levels and manage inventory
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Good balance and coordination
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and recipes

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity. You must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
