Pediatric ICU Nurse Opportunity

At Rio Grande Regional Hospital, we seek a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Pediatric ICU Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of six (6) months of PICU experience to work in our state-of-the-art pediatric unit.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe nursing care to patients, collaborating with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes, and providing communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course and Certification

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
