We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team at Cornerstone Healthcare Group, part of ScionHealth. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate for this role is a compassionate and skilled nurse with a minimum of two years of experience in an ICU environment. You should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and current licensure to practice in good standing by the state of employment are also essential qualifications for this position.

About the Job:

As an ICU Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality patient care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. This may involve supervising and delegating tasks to other healthcare professionals, promoting teamwork among colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for adhering to regulatory standards, hospital policies, and best practices in nursing care.
