Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. This position involves providing high-level support to team members in managing new and renewal business, while also facilitating the growth and development of insurance knowledge and professionalism.
This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with a minimum of 2 days in the office and the opportunity to work remotely for the remaining 3 days. In-office requirements may be greater during the early stages of employment or based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small book of business in direct support of local office operations.
- Master and execute servicing/processing tasks, such as issuing certificates of insurance, and other related service tasks within the Agency Management System/EPIC.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to internal and external client inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
- Produce accurate and thorough documents using Word and Excel to meet deadlines.
- Assist in the facilitation of the Client Engagement Strategy, including scheduling, creating documents, and documentation in EPIC.
- Organize and market new business submissions in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
