Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Incentive Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 25-40 accounts, developing long-term relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage day-to-day account responsibilities, including data transfer, data preparation, and ensuring data integrity.
- Lead projects through internal teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of each account and create a winning relationship with clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong familiarity with Excel and other Office software programs.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle multiple priorities.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with a willingness to bring energy and fun to our team.
