Regional Vice President of Business Development

Job Summary:

The Regional Vice President of Business Development will provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales team, driving growth and revenue expansion within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong sales leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team, while maintaining a deep understanding of the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales leadership and coaching to the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the operations leadership team to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or national board-approved licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in home health.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel required.
