Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager of Corporate Development, you will lead the financial modeling for Midco's M&A opportunities and external investments. This role provides a unique opportunity to see M&A deals from start to finish. You will be a key member of the integration team and will work closely with the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) to support integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop financial models to assess M&A opportunities and external investments.
Quantify after-tax financial returns and discounted cash flows.
Develop scenarios and sensitivities to underscore key risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience required.
Master's degree or other post-secondary degree preferred.
Previous roles in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Finance or Corporate Strategy preferred.
Experience with discounted cash flow modeling required.
Strong analytical skills in Excel.
Ability to work independently and be proactive to identify and solve problems.
Strong communications skills - you will be in front of executives regularly.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Employee may be required to travel if necessary. Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
