Job Title: Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales

Job Summary:

As a Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales, you will play a critical role in supporting the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department. Your primary responsibility will be to actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals
  • Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and manage other sales resources as assigned
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
  • Support Multi-Tenant Sales staff with approximately 70% field work and 30% office work
  • Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
  • Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payments
  • Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc.
  • Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Knowledge of Community Sales practices
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards, and auto insurance
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required
  • Sales experience - 1+ Sales Supervisory experience preferred Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Company products and services preferred

Working Conditions:

Field and office environment. Travel as required.

Physical Requirements:

Close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Mental Requirements:

Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e., word processing, spreadsheet, etc.).
