Job Summary

Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, as well as supervising a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and provide guidance and coaching as needed
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new sales representatives
  • Monitor and manage the payroll process, including timely and accurate approval of commissions payments
  • Handle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals and coaching
  • Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience, with sales supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Community Sales practices and the telecommunications and cable industry
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Spectrum products and services

Working Conditions

The Sales Supervisor will work in a field and office environment, with travel as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
