Delta-T Group is seeking a dedicated Community Support Staff/Tutor to provide essential services for students facing emotional challenges or autism. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the educational journey of these students.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with one or two students, acting as a mentor, educator, and job coach.
- Collaborate with certified special education professionals to develop and implement tailored lesson plans.
- Coordinate with licensed therapists to address behavioral and emotional support needs.
- Transport students in a personal, insured vehicle, ensuring a safe driving record.
- Engage with students primarily in community settings, which may involve travel to various locations.
- A minimum of an Associate degree in social work, human services, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Competitive pay structure, with potential earnings exceeding $3200 per month.
