Dispensary Sales Lead

CULTA is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Dispensary Sales Lead to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the dispensary, including leading a dynamic team, establishing strong relationships with cultivation and production representatives, inventory control, and customer service while staying compliant with State laws, rules, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Participate in refining and implementing best operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and direct the dispensary staff.
- Performance Management: Educate team according to CULTA guidelines, conduct performance reviews, and establish performance improvement plans.
- Customer Experience: Inspire the team to deliver the best customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an in-depth industry-wide knowledge of products and strains in Maryland.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current cannabis law and regulations.
- Product Knowledge: Educate team about cannabis products and consumption methods.
- Cash Handling: Oversee and manage quality product inventory and conduct opening/closing inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in METRC.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Highly organized, self-starter, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to work onsite, possess the physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, and ability to lift 20 lbs.
