Role Summary

CULTA is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Dispensary Sales Lead to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, including leading a dynamic team, establishing strong relationships with cultivation and production representatives, inventory control, and customer service while staying compliant with State laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and implement best operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise, train, and direct the dispensary staff.
  • Educate team according to CULTA guidelines, conduct performance reviews, and establish performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both customers and employees.
  • Maintain an in-depth industry-wide knowledge of products and strains in Maryland.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current cannabis law and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage quality product inventory and conduct opening/closing inventory counts and audits as needed.
  • Manage Cash handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in METRC.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Highly organized, self-starter.
  • Must be over 21 and able to pass all applicable background checks and drug screenings.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Office 365 and ability to learn and apply new software programs.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Effective time-management and ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.
  • Must be able to work onsite.
  • Possess the physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
