Job Summary

Centric; Powered by UBEO is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Baltimore, MD. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and developing business plans to exceed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent
  • Assess, coach, and develop sales team members
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing sales talent
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
