Job Summary
Centric; Powered by UBEO is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Baltimore, MD. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and developing business plans to exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales executives to execute on UBEO's sales strategy
- Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent
- Assess, coach, and develop sales team members
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing sales talent
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
