Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and develop mutually beneficial working relationships
- Drive account growth and further the success of both the client and Cass
- Provide clear direction to internal staff concerning client processes
- Offer guidance to client account representatives regarding day-to-day client needs and inquiries
- Independently process and respond to internal and client questions, processing issues, and other requests
- Analyze issues and requests, including technical changes to processing systems, and clearly communicate solutions to clients
- Ensure the successful delivery of new solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Act as a positive representative of the company, both internally and externally
- Strong interpersonal skills to maximize client responsiveness
- High level of analytical skills to process client inquiries and evaluate client requests
- Well-developed organizational skills with consistent time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel
- General SQL knowledge may be required for TIS division
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to travel up to 15%
