Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with medication administration and management for all assigned residents
  • Provide daily care and support to residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, and social interactions
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond to their needs in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Document completed tasks, including daily shift reports and resident records
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless care and support
