Job Title: Project Manager, Client Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Client Success to join our team. As a critical member of the Client Service team, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting key accounts, driving renewals and upsells on existing business, and contributing to campaign maintenance and evolving strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend client meetings and help with upsells
  • Contribute to campaign maintenance and evolving strategy
  • Lead partnership kick-off calls and focus on renewal conversations and meaningful reporting
  • Project manage all internal pre-to-post-sale activity supporting Sales, including building proposals, media planning, research, order entry, campaign management, post-sale reporting, and renewals
Requirements:
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies
  • Digital expertise preferred
  • Strategically-minded with the ability to spot opportunities to add value at every stage
  • Strong client-facing background with solid presentation skills and excellent written and verbal skills
  • Upbeat, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to manage people and effectively juggle various projects at once
