Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housekeeper to join our team at Compass Group USA Inc. As a Lead Housekeeper, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail and ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service.
  • Ensure that assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly, and document any late or absent employees.
  • Resolve internal and external guest complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate assigned staff breaks and prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff, reviewing priorities and communicating any additions or changes throughout the shift.
  • Assign designated keys, radios, and beepers to assigned staff, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the security of keys.
  • Inspect areas to confirm that cleaning standards have been met and assist staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Conduct staff training as assigned and contribute to the team, exhibiting professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous managerial or team lead experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to train. You will also need to be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
