Job Summary

As a Lead Housekeeping Supervisor with Compass Group Careers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained in our facilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Inspect and Monitor Quality: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Coordinate Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are covered and that staff are working efficiently.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that the housekeeping team has everything they need to do their job effectively.
  • Communicate with Colleagues and Management: Work closely with other departments and management to ensure that the housekeeping team is meeting the needs of our customers and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: You will need to have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a housekeeping or hospitality environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: You will need to be able to motivate and train a team of staff, and provide guidance and support when needed.
  • Attention to Detail: You will need to be able to inspect and monitor the quality of work being done by the housekeeping staff, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Basic Computer Skills: You will need to be able to use basic computer software to manage schedules, inventory, and other tasks.
