Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth in the assigned region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS TO GENERATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts and achieve common goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Strong understanding of the emergency services and restoration market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (25%) and occasionally overnight for meetings and training.
