About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Executive to join our team as a Director of Business Growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth through new sales opportunities, partnerships, and lead generation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales and be able to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience; experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
  • Availability for networking events during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities

The Director of Business Growth will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing and expanding existing partnerships to boost lead generation and project size.
  • Identifying, reaching out to, and presenting BluSky's services to new prospects.
  • Maintaining active membership in targeted associations, aiming for leadership roles.
  • Supporting the sales team by adhering to our established sales processes.
