We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our team at BluSky Restoration Contractors. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential customers in their vertical within the assigned area of responsibility. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for inside and outside sales activities such as networking, lead generation, social media, and participation in trade associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue through new business development and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Sales Activities: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers, generate leads, and present BluSky's services to new and existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, track leads, and document business development activities in Salesforce.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
  • CRM Proficiency: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills and experience inputting and tracking sales-related data into a CRM system.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for local travel and occasional out-of-area trips.
