About the Role:

As a Verizon Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience in one of our retail stores. Your primary goal will be to create a personalized experience for each customer, helping them to find the right products and solutions to simplify and organize their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with products and solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Create personal connections with customers to make technology look simple and accessible.
  • Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and your ability to understand customer needs.
  • Help customers enjoy the best features of their new products and ensure they are using them to their full potential.
  • Work effectively in a team-based compensation environment to achieve sales goals.
  • Assist with store opening and closing duties, as well as support other Verizon stores within close proximity as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as pick up additional shifts as needed.
